This cute summer dress is made from soft stretchy material. The material is 
similar to a very lightweight sweatshirt.  This runs pretty true to size, but 
you are big busted or prefer a looser fit you may want to size up. The shoulder straps tie.  Has a drawstring waist and two pockets.
